Slingshot Man

8:04 a.m. A Kalispell man complained that his new renter keeps going through his mail.

1:12 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that someone claiming to be from the “IRS” threatened to come to her house and arrest her for not paying taxes. She was advised that this was likely a scam.

2:54 p.m. Two dogs were seen traveling eastbound down Highway 2 East.

5:14 p.m. A local man reported that signs are posted all over the valley accusing him of doing things he did not do. He did not specify what the thing was that he did not do.

5:33 p.m. A fisherman called in to report that another man, who was armed with a slingshot, chased him away from his fishing spot and up onto the bridge. At the time of the call, the suspect was dancing on a stump below the bridge.

6:01 p.m. A local man reported that it took ten years, but during that time frame a woman he knows gave “everyone” herpes.

6:37 p.m. A drunken man reported that his daughter was going to pay the rent with toilet paper, but she forgot to bring it home from the store. She also stole his Xbox. He wanted her charged with theft.
