Where Will the Money Come from?

Where is he going to find the money to pay for the management?

The president has said that we will see tax cuts like we have never seen before. Our junior senator has said that we should manage millions and millions of acres of forests. Just, where is he going to find the money to pay for the management? Senator, you are in a responsible position. Instead of passing out silly slogans about management: Wise up! Get real!
