Police Blotter: Drunken Destruction and Lovers’ Quarrel

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Tuesday included the following:

10:36 a.m. A man called in to report that a man beat the tar out of him last night at an Evergreen Bar.

1:35 p.m. Someone called in complaining that their dog was attacked by a mean pit bull.

2:27 p.m. There were some errant horses ambling around in Bigfork.

2:54 p.m. Three teenage boys got into a fight over a thrown rock.

4:47 p.m. A woman called in to report that a kid who had painted his face white and wore all black had chased her young son and daughter. The weird costumed boy told the kids he was going “to get them.”

5:04 p.m. A man called in to report that someone followed and videotaped him as he drove from Creston to Bigfork.

6:24 p.m. Someone drunkenly drove their vehicle through a fence and drove off.

7:22 p.m. A Whitefish man called in to report that he has been receiving threatening phone calls from his ex-friend.

9:27 p.m. A man and a woman got into a lovers’ quarrel at an Evergreen bar. They then left the bar and took the fight across the street to an apartment complex. Deputies arrived shortly thereafter to break up the fight.

10:13 p.m. A 23-year-old Martin City woman was arrested for assault after pushing her parents around.
