Stolen Trailer and Traffic Problems

6:43 a.m. Cash and checks were stolen from a Bigfork coffee stand. There was a missing boom box.

7:46 a.m. Kids at an Evergreen elementary school were yelling at each other.

8:05 a.m. A man, who was sleeping in a spare trailer, was asked to leave. He was told not to return.

8:37 a.m. Someone thought a package on the passenger seat of a silver BMW was suspicious.

9:21 a.m. Someone returned to pick up a trailer at a gas station and was disheartened when they found out their property had been stolen. The trailer had been sitting there for six months.

2:24 p.m. There was a problem between a dispatcher and an employee of the Bigfork Fire Department. Allegedly, the fireman called several times and asked the dispatcher to deliver a message over the fire channel.

4:30 p.m. A 22-year-old man got caught stealing MD 20/20.

6:46 p.m. When a couple broke up, the man turned off the woman’s cell phone because it was in his name. She, however, works a telephone provider and simply turned the phone back on.

7:31 p.m. A woman stepped out her back door to have a cigarette. She heard noises in the RV Park behind her house.

8:50 p.m. A Martin City man said two of his friends came to his house, slammed him against the wall and broke some of his belongings. Drugs may have been involved.

9:37 p.m. A 12-year-old girl said she was going to a basketball game, but really went to her friend’s house.

9:43 p.m. Two people were driving very slowly near Sunnybrook Lane in Somers.

9:44 p.m. Two teenage brothers weren’t getting along.

9:56 p.m. A Mountain View Drive woman thought a man, who was walking a 35-pound dog, was suspicious.

1:30 a.m. Two intoxicated people were jumping in front of passing cars on Montana Highway 35.

The departments responded to 156 calls for service.
