I originally missed this, but found the link over at Left in the West. Rep. Joel Boniek, R-Livingston, and Gary Marbut, president of the Montana Shooting Sports Association, were recently guests on The Glenn Beck Show. The men were there to discuss HB 246, the Montana-made gun bill passed by the Montana Legislature last month and signed into law by Gov. Brian Schweitzer. The legislation is essentially aimed at triggering a lawsuit that would test the legality of federal rules governing gun sales.
