Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer was a guest on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher Friday.” At about the two-minute mark of the attached clip, he’s asked about ending cannabis prohibition. Schweitzer responds, “probably not going to happen,” then talks about the state working to decrease its prison population through rehabilitation programs.
