8:35 a.m. A resident of Lenwood Drive arrived home from vacation to find that someone had tampered with a vehicle on the property.
9:04 a.m. A loose Chihuahua was seen dodging cars on Woodland Drive.
10:33 a.m. Fish and Game contained a muskrat running wild on the Justice Center lawn.
12:28 p.m. A resident of Lore Lake road called to report that a neighbor’s dog came onto his property and killed the reporting party’s dog. The neighbor received a citation.
2:35 p.m. Someone evidently climbed the bell tower at a Columbia Falls school and cut the rope that held the bell. This perturbed school employees, who could no longer ring said bell.
3:14 p.m. A slow-moving tractor blocked Pioneer Road.
4:09 p.m. A man and a woman argued at a business on Osborn Avenue in Bigfork.
4:19 p.m. Someone on Trumbull Canyon Road in Columbia Falls reports that her 12-year-old daughter damaged a vehicle belonging to the reporting party’s boyfriend.
4:38 p.m. A semi truck was losing hay bales on Highway 93.
5:30 p.m. An older male subject caused a ruckus at an Evergreen school while picking up his granddaughter. The issue apparently centered on the child’s father.
8:22 p.m. Someone heard loud explosions on Whitefish Stage Road. Authorities could not locate the source of the blasts.
8:38 p.m. A vehicle collided with a bear in Somers. The bear was not killed and quickly fled the scene.
8:51 p.m. Two boys shot a BB gun toward a home on Shady Lane. The youths were counseled and will exercise greater care in the future.
8:52 p.m. A male subject at a local hotel called 9-1-1 to request a wake-up call.
9:19 p.m. A small black car was seen spinning brodies in the parking lot of an Evergreen school.
10:17 p.m. A 9-year-old received medical care after being assaulted at an Evergreen school.
10:25 p.m. Someone heard two shots fired on Lore Lake Road.
10:56 p.m. A man and a woman engaged in a verbal argument on South Cedar Drive.
11:47 p.m. A female hitchhiker wandered in and out of traffic on Highway 2 East in Evergreen. Her boyfriend soon arrived and picked her up.
3:52 p.m. Someone at a local motel informed authorities that he was lying on the grass and could not get up. The man had enjoyed a large quantities of alcoholic beverages.
