Possible Prowler and a Woman Down

5:56 a.m. A male subject was seen walking along the side of Highway 93. According to the reporting party, this constituted a road hazard.

9:47 a.m. A Martin City woman reports that her roommate came home and started yelling at her. The subjects, both intoxicated, were counseled and separated for the night.

10:33 a.m. Graffiti appeared on the side of an Evergreen school.

12:31 p.m. A very sick pit bull puppy was found in Columbia Falls. The pup was taken to the animal hospital and is now on antibiotics.

12:45 p.m. Someone on South Cedar Drive called to report that a ring went missing from her house.

1:12 p.m. Someone on Ardell Drive has a problem with a neighbor’s dog.

2:25 p.m. Jewelry was stolen from a home in Bigfork.

2:29 p.m. Lights were removed from a semi truck on Highway 206.

3:33 p.m. A male subject reports that his prescription medication went missing from his backpack in the Canyon Creek area.

4:04 p.m. A Doberman has been chasing children and cattle on Kimberly Lane in Columbia Falls. Authorities will be following up.

4:39 p.m. A man taking pictures of a property in the Foys Lake area was not doing anything illegal but was in fact interested in purchasing the land.

6:12 p.m. A wallet was stolen from a car parked at an Evergreen box store.

6:16 p.m. A possible intoxicated driver turned out to be a very elderly driver.

7:41 p.m. Sometime last week, a gun was stolen from a residence in Bigfork.

7:53 p.m. Authorities checked on a man who was reportedly staggering down Highway 2 and falling in the road. The man was in fact totally fine and had simply run out of gas.

11:13 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident claims that they were awoken in the night by someone rattling their door. She didn’t see anyone outside and neither did police.

11:43 p.m. Someone in Whitefish noticed a female subject passed out near a dumpster. Although it is unknown why she lost consciousness, the woman made it home by the time authorities arrived.

1:10 a.m. A resident of Lower Valley Road called to report that a snowmobile was driving by their home at full throttle, causing an excessive amount of noise.

1:42 a.m. A male subject went to jail after a physical altercation with another male at a local bar.
