Trash and Dash and a Gasoline Spill

Tuesday 2/9

7:05 a.m. Three loose horses on Wishart Road were gone when police arrived on scene.

10:00 a.m. A reported stalking on Middle Road turned out to be a child custody issue.

12:01 p.m. A camera, a computer and prescription medications were stolen from a vehicle on Tumbleweed Trail in Columbia Falls.

12:31 p.m. A loose Husky on Highway 40 was captured and returned home.

3:05 p.m. Someone left their garbage at a local dump but neglected to pay. The subject was contacted and returned to pay the fee.

3:46 p.m. Three calves on Columbia Falls Stage Road were returned to their yard.

4:26 p.m. Someone overfilled their gas tank at a local convenience store, causing a small spill.

5:51 p.m. A resident of Hart Hill Drive called authorities after noticing a neighbor’s extended absence from their home. The house in question had in fact been foreclosed upon.

9:27 p.m. A female subject driving on Highway 35 called and indicated that she planned to harm herself by driving into a tree. Although authorities could not locate the vehicle, they defused the situation over the phone.

12:04 a.m. A woman was transported to the hospital following a domestic disturbance with her husband.
