1:26 a.m. A male subject was seen walking down Highway 35. Authorities gave him a ride to a local motel.

8:34 a.m. A house on Martini Lane in Columbia Falls was plastered with raw eggs.

9:38 a.m. Someone evidently stole letters from the reader board at a local nursery.

12:05 p.m. Two juvenile male subjects allegedly hurled a glass bottle at a car on Idaho Street.

12:30 p.m. Someone in Columbia Falls evidently received a large cell phone bill that was not theirs. The reporting party suspects identity theft.

12:52 p.m. A man dressed in black was seen walking around Woodland Avenue with a rifle. Authorities could not locate the shady character.

12:58 p.m. A black cockapoo was found near a local animal clinic. The pup was taken to the animal shelter.

1:33 p.m. Someone on Cynthia Drive called to report that three children were playing on a roof unattended, as well as playing with a barbecue grill. Police arrived to find the claim completely unfounded.

1:34 p.m. A resident of Ashley Drive requested assistance in removing a friend’s 18-year-old son from the home. The subject eventually left the premises.

1:44 p.m. A Marion man reports that his ex-girlfriend has been calling and harassing him. Authorities answered his questions.

2:09 p.m. A pit bull at large on Hodgson Road was captured and taken back to its owner.

3:24 p.m. Several signs on Prairie View Road were shot with paintballs.

4:40 p.m. A woman on Jewel Basin Court received a threatening phone call. The exact nature of the threat is unknown.

5:00 p.m. A resident of School Addition Road called to report that a local school bell had been ringing since 8:00 that morning. Authorities contacted the principal, who shut off the bell.

5:13 p.m. A backpack containing a hat valued at $70 was taken from a location on Big Mountain.

6:24 p.m. Garbage flew from the back of a pickup truck traveling on Highway 2 near Kila.

11:16 p.m. Someone passing by a Bigfork café evidently saw two men in a truck shining their lights into the business window. The subjects where gone when officers arrived.

11:58 p.m. Deputies engaged in a half-hour pursuit after a man spinning brodies on a four-wheeler fled the parking lot of a local convenience store. The subject sped down KM Ranch road, reaching speeds of up to 40mph before turning around and eventually disappearing in the Farm-to-Market area.
