Merciless Cat

11:48 a.m. A curly haired, intoxicated man was cited after walking out of an Evergreen store with unpaid beer under his arm. When he was confronted by employees he dropped the beer and ran. Deputies caught up with him shortly after.

1:03 p.m. A woman reported that her son killed a cat.

1:43 p.m. Skis were stolen from Big Mountain.

6:16 p.m. A loose German Shepherd reportedly killed a deer behind a woman’s house on Tamarack Lane. The woman was worried that the vicious dog would also kill her Pomeranians.

7:16 p.m. A woman on Mountain View Drive called in to complain that a neighbor dog has barked incessantly for the last three years. She said the dog wasn’t barking at the time of the call but also said she couldn’t hear the dog from inside of the house anyway.

7:53 p.m. A woman in Kila claimed that the neighbor’s cat ran into her house, bit her husband then “clawed” her. Following a small neighborly dispute, the cat was returned to the owner.

9:11 p.m. A man on Stillwater Road thinks his ipod was stolen out of his unlocked vehicle.

10:58 p.m. There was an incident involving alcohol consumption, slander and fighting lovers at a bar on Highway 35 in Evergreen.
