Drunken Men

Thursday 8/11

9:51 a.m. A Columbia Falls man was irritated by a “loitering” man wearing a dress and high heels. A deputy told the man that he was not violating any laws, but did ask him to go elsewhere. Apparently, this man’s appearance is an ongoing problem for Columbia Falls residents.

10:47 a.m. A police officer found transient-type evidence in the bushes near the Conrad Mansion.

12:24 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that her daughter’s dad threatened to beat her boyfriend up.

2:45 p.m. A grandma in Whitefish was bitten by a small, excitable dog.

7:08 p.m. A Caroline Road resident called in to say that a sick cat was lying in their driveway.

7:30 p.m. A woman reported that the car behind her contained drunken men. She said they had followed her from Missoula, harassing her all the while and throwing beer bottles out the window.

7:46 p.m. Someone reported seeing a drunken man on Fifth Street West hit a dog and push a woman.

9:01 p.m. An uptight woman on West Idaho Street complained that kids were playing football in the parking lot and the ball almost hit her car.

12:07 a.m. A man calling form Lakeside said his intoxicated friend just yelled at and threatened him for no apparent reason.

5:15 a.m. An intoxicated man in Alaska called in to talk about a “fat pork boy” who ripped his friend off, stole his AK-47 and explained how he has recently been wrongly accused.
