8:24 a.m. A Whitefish man reported that the neighbor dog killed his cat.

10:26 a.m. A man in North Dakota claimed that he had borrowed a construction trailer from a friend in Columbia Falls. The “friend” told him if it wasn’t returned shortly it would be reported stolen. He was worried he wouldn’t get it back in time.

10:51 a.m. Someone’s catalytic converter was stolen.

11:11 a.m. An Arbour Drive resident reported that someone was trying to activate their stolen phone.

11:39 a.m. Someone in Columbia Falls reported a stolen construction trailer.

12:41 p.m. A complaint was made about a transient who was squatting in a garage on Dee Drive.

2:03 p.m. A man on Willow Glen Drive is an unfortunate victim of extension cord thievery.

3:49 p.m. According to a worried mother on Haywire Gulch, her 10-year-old boy kicked his little brother then scurried out the door and ran “up a mountain.”

4:38 p.m. A man on Parliament Drive reported that a woman came over and let his dog loose. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem.

6:35 p.m. Residents, again, were worried about the man who stands on Helena Flats Road all day and plays with his cell phone. They were advised that he was not doing anything illegal.

9:49 p.m. Two intoxicated people were kicked off of the train in Whitefish.

9:55 p.m. A woman on Whitefish Stage reportedly scratched and punched another woman’s boyfriend.

12:30 a.m. The dog on Parliament Drive was let loose again.
