7:43 a.m. A woman on Cougar Trail in Whitefish had her phone “hacked” into by someone who was using her home phone number to solicit time shares.

8:05 a.m. A woman reported that she bought a dog from a man in Hungry Horse and it recently died. Apparently, the Hungry Horse man is now threatening the bereaved family.

11:53 a.m. Aggressive mix-breed dogs were causing problems in Coram.

11:55 a.m. An Olney man reportedly lost his Russian military pistol.

2:36 p.m. Someone on Foy’s Lake Road called in to discuss the problem of underage smoking.

3:11 p.m. A woman on Parliament Drive reported that four pit-bulls keep breaking into her backyard to eat her dog food. The owner of the dogs, according to her, denies their dogs’ involvement.

3:40 p.m. A Gunsight Loop resident complained that the neighbor’s dog was in his yard.

3:51 p.m. A Kalispell man called 911 to ask if a deputy would help him remove a piece of sheet metal from his roof.

5:50 p.m. Sheep wandered from their home, across a field and into someone’s yard on Larch Lane in Columbia Falls.

6:39 p.m. A woman on Three Mile Drive claimed that a strange man was creeping around the neighborhood.

7:30 p.m. Someone in Hungry Horse claimed that a solicitor won’t stop calling.

9:01 p.m. Someone driving down East Reserve Drive reported that a man in dark clothing tried to grab on and jump into their moving vehicle.

12:35 a.m. A frightened Bigfork woman heard a cat run through her house and thought someone had broken in.

2:48 a.m. A drunken man in Whitefish was reportedly climbing around on fences and attempted to get into a someone’s vehicle.

4:20 a.m. A dog in Olney barked all night long.
