8:06 a.m. Someone found a bicycle laying in the ditch near one of the “numerous” transient camps on Whitefish stage. Apparently, the bike wasn’t worth “a plug nickel.”

8:39 a.m. Reportedly, someone broke into an Evergreen building, discharged the fire extinguisher and created a mess.

11:26 a.m. Someone called in to talk about cats.

11:38 a.m. A Shady Lane resident found a bullet hole in one of their windows.

1:05 p.m. A mailbox on West Cottonwood Drive was reportedly smashed with some kind of garden tool.

3:49 p.m. Someone in Somers found a friendly German shepherd wearing a harness.

4:35 p.m. Someone felt badly for three horses on Tavern Lane that have, according to the caller, been standing in mud for three years.

8:58 p.m. A man who looked “high” was handing out Kleenex to Park Avenue residents, arousing suspicion.

11:16 p.m. One caller saw two boys on top of the overpass in Evergreen and was concerned about what they might be doing.

11:59 p.m. A woman home alone with her infant on Caroline Road reported that someone attempted to break into her home. The intruder ran before she caught sight of them.
