Missing Garden Gnomes

8:01 a.m. Mustard and bologna were found smeared across the windows of a Kalispell school.

9:50 a.m. A woman on Harmony Road took a picture as evidence that her neighbor’s dog was in her yard again.

10:25 a.m. Reportedly, someone disobeyed a 5 mph speed limit on Lauman Road.

1:53 p.m. A Hungry Horse man, according to a suspicious neighboring woman, is hiding automatic weapons from some sort of local gang.

4:16 p.m. A Bigfork woman reported that the maintenance man was mean to her while in her apartment fixing a door.

5:32 p.m. Someone claimed that a man ran a stop sign then tried to instigate a fight with another driver.

5:48 p.m. A woman called from Lakeside to ask that a deputy speak to the three “repulsive and vulgar” intoxicated young men on a nearby dock. The men agreed that their behavior was unacceptable and promised to shape up.

5:53 p.m. A man on Cardinal Road was upset that his neighbor dug a trench in their shared road.

6:51 p.m. A woman on Willow Glen reported that 15 to 20 garden gnomes have gone missing from her front yard.

7:30 p.m. A shirtless man was seen riding his bicycle drunkenly down Highway 2 East in Kalispell.

8:12 p.m. Someone reported seeing a helmetless 11-year-old and 3-year-old riding a motorcycle at high rates of speed through Hungry Horse.

9:15 p.m. A frightened woman on Swan River Road called 911 to report that a man was knocking on her door. Apparently, he had a flat tire and found help elsewhere.

10:51 p.m. A shirtless man was seen drunkenly eating stolen food and trying to climb through the window of a drive-thru restaurant in Evergreen. Deputies found him naked and belligerent in a nearby parking lot where he was tased and arrested.

11:47 p.m. A man on Middle Road reported that kids in a green Honda intentionally rammed his mailbox with their car twice.
