Dog Saves Chickens

Thursday 8/9

6:01 a.m. A sleepless man on Foothill Road has reason to believe that a large number of hound dogs are living nearby.

9:30 a.m. A woman on Valley Drive claimed that a black dog climbed her six foot fence and would have attacked her chickens if her dog hadn’t chased it off.

10:36 a.m. Someone said they saw a man walking backwards into oncoming traffic on Swan Mountain Drive. A deputy found the man walking without issue in a forward fashion.

10:44 a.m. A resident of an Evergreen trailer park complained that every morning his neighbor lets his dog out to its business in his yard.

11:05 a.m. Apparently, a muscular and very angry-looking man holding an axe was seen walking down Stillwater Road.

1:35 p.m. Landlords on Foys Lake Road complained that a renter is moving out and trying to take their washer and dryer with him.

4:46 p.m. A woman driving down Highway 2 East with her husband reported that a man driving recklessly, swerving in and out of traffic, pulled out a gun and pointed it at her husband as he passed.

4:58 p.m. A Lakeside woman reported that her daughter stole her dog.

6:09 p.m. An Evergreen woman complained that her boyfriend took her vehicle without permission. It was found broken down at a nearby grocery store.

9:36 p.m. Someone saw a long haired Hungry Horse man lift his shirt and flash a gun.

11:14 p.m. An employee of a fast food restaurant reported that a heavy-set, drunken Texan was sitting in the drive through.
