Grass Fire

10:37 a.m. Someone said that a grass fire started when a goose flew into a power line, caught fire, and fell to the ground.

11:06 a.m. Someone on Many Lakes Drive reported a dog fight.

11:23 a.m. A woman on Harmony Court said that the neighbors constantly hit golf balls and throw softballs at her house.

11:42 a.m. A Coram woman reported that someone broke into her father’s house and attempted to start a fire inside.

1:04 p.m. Someone on Lion Mountain near Whitefish reported seeing a man who looked as though he was “pounding something to death” in the bushes.

2:20 p.m. A man on Conrad Point in Lakeside reported that a man on a pontoon boat was peering into his house with binoculars.

2:32 p.m. A concerned man called in to report that a horse trailer had been on the side of the road for at least four hours. He was worried about the welfare of the horses but did not know if the trailer actually contained a horse. An animal warden investigated and discovered an empty trailer.

4:57 p.m. An upset husband said that his wife was “bullied” by someone in a truck. Additionally, he hoped to receive advice regarding his rights should someone follow her home.

5:20 p.m. Someone reportedly watched a “heavyset” man urinate by the river.
