Stray Dogs

9:41 a.m. Someone on Highway 2 West found another one of their tires flattened.

12:10 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman called in to report seeing a loose husky. She also added that during the call a stray schnauzer had wandered onto her porch.

1:06 p.m. Two goats were found tangled up in a fence on Terrace Drive.

2:33 p.m. Someone reported that a truck had been abandoned on the end of Liberty Street. A man who was found sleeping inside said that he had fallen asleep while waiting for his kid’s school bus.

3:45 p.m. Two dogs, possiby poodles, were at large on West Valley Drive.

4:19 p.m. Someone reported that a woman driving down Highway 93 South was smoking out of a “crack pipe.”

5:43 p.m. A Condor Drive resident reported that their iPod had been stolen from their Volkswagen.

6:14 p.m. A resident on Highway 206 in Columbia Falls reported that whoever had broke in and robbed him had left a pair of sunglasses behind on the couch.

6:15 p.m. Someone smashed a candy dispenser on Second Street East.

7:02 p.m. A resident on Fourth Street West found a guitar in his yard.

8:32 p.m. A Bigfork resident called in stating that a neighbor told her that a “creepy” person was knocking on her door. A deputy discovered that it had been a different neighbor’s kid.
