Stolen Mail

8:30 a.m. A Bigfork resident found a pile of opened mail lying in a cul-de-sac on Silvertip Drive.

8:57 a.m. A black Lab with dementia wandered away from its home on Eighth Street West.

9:52 a.m. There were at least three dogs on the run in the Hungry Horse area.

11:46 a.m. Two dogs were spotted on Mountain Meadow Road.

11:50 a.m. A distressed business owner Grand Drive in Bigfork reported that someone plowed a pile of snow in front of their business and onto the sidewalk. A deputy didn’t notice any unusual piles of in front of their business or anywhere else on Grand Drive.

12:08 p.m. A woman on East Cottonwood Drive reported that her neighbor plowed over her mailbox.

12:29 p.m. A Whitefish woman has yet to receive the cat she ordered.

1:00 p.m. A man out jogging reported that he had been chased by a husky down Whitefish Stage. He added that although he carries a gun while jogging, he did not use it.

1:38 p.m. A Kalispell woman complained that her neighbor recently bullied her into allowing him to plow her driveway. When she relented, he plowed the driveway but did an unsatisfactory job. Additionally, she added that he drove into her fence with what she assumed was an ATV.

1:54 p.m. Presents and other mail were reported stolen out of numerous mailboxes on Golf Terrace in Bigfork.

6:45 p.m. A Meridian Drive resident reported that someone drove over through his yard and intentionally flattened his bushes.

11:11 p.m. A resident of Haywire Gulch reported that someone drove onto his property with a 4-wheeler and ran into three of his vehicles.

1:37 a.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that numerous vehicles were parked in the middle of her street. She warned that she will call every day until these cars are moved.
