MISSOULA — A 54-year-old Missoula truck driver was killed in a crash near Martinsdale in central Montana.
The Montana Highway Patrol says Robert Charles Tripp was westbound on Secondary Highway 294 Sunday morning when he failed to stop at the intersection with U.S. Highway 12. He attempted to turn and the truck rolled onto its side. Tripp died at the scene.
The patrol says the road was wet at the time of the crash, which is still being investigated.
