Looking back over the most recent 12 months of Flathead County single-family residence property sales (through June 25), the majority sell for prices within 5 percent of their original list price.
This chart shows the quantity of sales, and percentage of original list price (from 90-100 percent). By sold percentage of original list price, the chart also shows the median days on market until under contract, and the median square foot price for both list and sold prices.
Those which sell for more of their original list price also sell much faster. Median days, from buy-sell agreements to closing: 40.
