POLSON — A 53-year-old Charlo man has pleaded guilty to killing his brother in June during an argument over pickup repairs.
KERR-AM reports Harry Paul Lozeau pleaded guilty to deliberate homicide Wednesday for the death of 51-year-old Terry Lozeau as part of a plea agreement in which both sides will recommend a 40-year prison sentence. District Judge James Manley scheduled sentencing for March 4.
Lozeau admitted shooting his brother in the head with a rifle on June 14 after his brother confronted him about why repairs to his pickup weren’t completed.
Court records say another brother, Edward Stasso, and his girlfriend witnessed the shooting.
