Avalanche Dog Certification

Five search teams from Flathead and Lincoln counties took part of a National Search Dog Alliance certification at Whitefish Mountain Resort on March 8. Each team, consisting of one search dog and a handler, were required to find two people buried in the snow in a 1-acre area.
