Drunken Man

9:33 a.m. A local man is missing his custom ear plugs.

9:57 a.m. Reportedly, a man in a red pickup nearly ran over a construction worker on Cobbler Village and then yelled some sort of obscenities at her.

12:08 p.m. A Bigfork man’s mother reported that he had been assaulted by his ex-girlfriend’s friend. He did not need medical assistance.

1:00 p.m. A Rest Haven Drive resident reported that one particular driver habitually drives in excess of 40 miles per hour. He claimed that if something isn’t done about this speeder then he will have to do something himself.

1:18 p.m. A Bigfork girl called 911 after locking herself in a dog kennel while trying to herd chickens.

3:07 p.m. A local man discovered that someone took his boat out on the lake and damaged it, but was kind enough to return it.

5:17 p.m. Numerous calls were made about a shoeless drunken man walking down the center lane of Highway 35 in Bigfork. One caller nearly hit him and another requested permission to tackle him.

6:48 p.m. A man called from Tamarack Lane in Columbia Falls to report that a young man in a black BMW pulled up to his yard and shot at a duck. The caller believed that the duck had been hit.

7:35 p.m. Someone reported that a drunken “jerk” was driving through the Hungry Horse area swerving and honking.

10:27 p.m. Reportedly, someone in a red car was spinning out in a construction site off of Fifth Avenue West.
