In front of a raucous crowd colored in blue and white, the Columbia Falls basketball teams swept the Northwestern A divisional basketball tournaments on Saturday night in Whitefish.
The boys captured their seventh consecutive title, defeating Polson 62-48. Senior Ty Morgan scored 18 points, junior Grant Wallace had 12 and senior Jayce Fagerland chipped in 10 as the Wildcats secured a top seed at the Class A state tournament in Bozeman, March 12-15.
Matthew Rensvold led Polson with 14 points, Andrew Curley added 12 and Tanner Wilson scored 11 for Polson, which plays Frenchtown in a challenge game on Monday to determine a state berth.
Dillon defeated Butte Central 48-36 in the Southwestern A divisional championship.
Billings Central edged Laurel 42-40 in the Eastern A divisional championship.
Belgrade edged Havre 75-70 in double overtime in the Central A divisional championship.

Ciera Finberg scored 12 points, Winter Kemppainen had 10 and the Columbia Falls Wildkats held off Frenchtown 53-43 to win their second consecutive Northwestern A divisional title.
Cydney Finberg added nine points and Ellie Johnson and Peyton Kehr each scored six points apiece for Columbia Falls, which secured a top seed at the state tournament in Hamilton, March 5-7.
Lacey Hochhalter paced Frenchtown with 14 points. The Lady Broncs secured the No. 2 seed from Northwestern A.
Billings Central defeated Hardin 55-47 in the Eastern A divisional championship.
Havre defeated Lewistown 54-46 to win the Central A divisional championship.
Hamilton defeated Dillon 55-47 in the Southwestern A divisional title game.
