This April and May, join ImagineIF Libraries to celebrate spring with fresh activities to get you excited about all the air up there. Hop inside a real hot air balloon basket, put your own spin on a pinwheel garden outside the library, send a personalized postcard to a friend, or make a paper plane and test its flying skills.

Pinwheel Garden Art or apparatus? A bit of both. Customize your own pinwheel and add it to the garden outside the library. Watch as changing weather brings them all to life. Spin, spin, spin.

Bird Walk Get out and see which birds are hanging around the neighborhood. This walk led by an expert from Flathead Audubon will meet at the library, walk to the Conrad Mansion and back, and involve an optional project. All ages welcome. Tweet, tweet.

Precision Paper Planes Make a paper plane and test its flying skills with a special target. Especially designed for flight enthusiasts in grades K-6.
