Booby Traps

9:54 a.m. Someone lost a mattress and one tire on Tronstad Road.

10:11 a.m. A Columbia Falls resident complained that the nurse who works at his doctor’s office damaged his log splitter.

10:58 a.m. A Hungry Horse resident reported that the neighbors stole her UPS package.

12:35 p.m. An injured beagle was spotted on Second Street West North in Columbia Falls.

1:25 p.m. A resident on Haywire Gulch reported that the neighbor woman has “booby trapped” the road. Apparently, the trap consists of an 18 inch mound and an equally deep ditch.

1:50 p.m. A Lakeside man reported that at some point within the last ten years his license plate was either lost or stolen.

4:00 p.m. Someone in Marion found a grocery bag containing rope, handcuffs, condoms, and other items that the caller refused to describe.

7:03 p.m. A Somers woman reported that a rabid skunk was hiding out under her porch.
