Accidental 911 Call

8:41 a.m. A Columbia Falls man has photographic evidence that the neighborhood stray dogs are, without at doubt, highly destructive animals.

9:14 a.m. A resident on Sweet Grass Lane found that someone had smashed the window out of his truck at some point during the night.

10:04 a.m. A Bigfork resident arrived home to find that someone had torn the locks off of his garage door. He didn’t think anything had been stolen.

10:24 a.m. A woman on Montclair Drive found that her vehicle doors were open and her car had been ransacked. Nothing was taken.

10:53 a.m. Someone has video footage of loose dogs doing bad things in Marion.

12:56 p.m. Someone called in to report that some “surfer kids” were smoking what he assumed to  be marijuana. A deputy found a group of young adults smoking cigarettes.

12:59 p.m. An injured Chihuahua was found near a local dry cleaner and taken to the emergency veterinarian.

2:05 p.m. A casino runner in Kalispell reported that a fatigued man was in the bathroom for an extended period of time and when he finally came out he was drenched in sweat.

3:31 p.m. A Kalispell man complained about the pit bulls that have been congregating in his yard.

6:35 p.m. A Somers woman reported that her neighbor accused her of “always starting problems.” Apparently, this incident is in some way related to a barking dog.

9:04 p.m. A woman was overheard criticizing another woman during an accidental phone call to 911.

10:45 p.m. An employee of a local casino reported that a man with a feather in his hat bent over and, as he did so, dropped the BB gun that had been stashed in his coat. Apparently, he picked up the gun and immediately left without incident.

2:25 p.m. A Hungry Horse man reported that his brother threw a table threw the window.
