Fraudulent Vacuum Salesman

9:20 a.m. A local woman reported that a fraudulent vacuum salesman duped her into buying an old vacuum for an exorbitant amount of money.

9:57 a.m. A resident on Ashley Lake Road reported that his house had been burglarized and ransacked. Several guns were missing.

10:26 a.m. Someone called from Lakeside after being chased down Clothier Lane by a free range blue tick hound.

10:53 a.m. A Saint Bernard wandered away from its home on Nicholson Drive.

11:39 a.m. A mean little terrier with a reputation for bad ideas was at large and terrorizing the neighborhood of Potter Lane in Columbia Falls.

12:52 p.m. A white poodle and its companion were loose and on the run in Columbia Falls.

1:39 p.m. A Whitefish resident reported that his neighbor sometimes lets his dogs off their leash. He stated the the dogs often bark and he has, on occasion, witnessed them chasing deer on his property.

4:00 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that her drunken, verbally abusive brother was at her house lying on the couch, refusing to leave. She stated that at the time of the call things were calm and she was lying on an entirely separate couch. When a deputy arrived the pair agreed to stay in neutral corners of the home.
