The annual Flathead Valley Job Fair is scheduled for April 21 from 3 to 6 p.m. inside the Arts and Technology Building on the Flathead Valley Community College campus.
Veterans and their family members will have early access to the event beginning at 2:30 p.m. Registration opened Feb. 1 for employers actively seeking applicants for current full-time, part-time and seasonal job openings and for apprenticeship programs and job training organizations.
Organized by the Flathead Job Service and FVCC, the event will provide employers the opportunity to connect with job seekers from the college and the community in a one-stop environment. Job seekers will be asked to bring their resumes, dress professionally and be prepared to be interviewed at the event. The event is open to the public, and there is no fee for job seekers to participate.
A registration fee of $50 is required for employers to participate. Employers who register by Feb. 29 can take advantage of a $25 early-bird registration special. Space at the event is limited, and employers are encouraged to register early. The employer registration deadline is March 31, pending available space. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Premier sponsorships are $500 and include oversized booth space and prominent placement at the fair, recognition in all publicity announcements and advertisements, logo featured on event signage, recognition in an email to thousands of local job seekers and a special listing in the event program.
