A 42-year-old Kalispell man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
Brandon Taylor pleaded not guilty to felony sexual assault on Sept. 21 in Flathead County District Court before Judge Heidi Ulbricht. Taylor will stand trial in January.
According to court documents, Taylor allegedly tried to sexually assault the 16-year-old girl on multiple occasions while she was sleeping. The girl told her mother and then law enforcement in late 2016.
If convicted, Taylor could face up to 100 years in prison.
