12:29 a.m. Upon spotting an approaching cop car, a teenager dropped his seven cans of Twisted Tea and a bong and ran away.

7:54 a.m. After reading an officer three days’ worth of bark-log entries a man maintains to track his neighbors’ dogs’ disruptiveness, the complainant opted against having the officer issue a citation.
